Job Description

Join our customer service team and provide world-class support to Amazon customers from one of our vibrant call center locations. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems via phone, chat, and email. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot problems with orders, deliveries, and accounts.
